Treatment of Lyme disease has been among the most successful ventures of the Bioresonance therapy. Before delving into how Bioresonace works in the management of this disease it is imperative to brush through the basics of this disease.

Possible scenario

A few days after you are bitten by ticks you develop rash, fever, headache and a feeling of tiredness. You trek to the doctor’s office and if you are very fortunate he diagnoses you with Lyme’s disease. This maybe the first time you hear about this condition.

What is Lyme’s disease?

This is a vector-borne disease transmitted by ticks belonging to the Ixodes family. These ticks will usually transmit a bacteria called Borrelia burgdoferi. This together with the body’s immune response to the infection will be responsible for disease causation.

Signs and symptoms

Most patients will present with some form of rash referred to as Erythema migrans, fever, generalized body weakness, joint pain, muscle pain, headache, swollen and painful lymph nodes among other symptoms.

Role of Bioresonance in treatment

Bioresonance is a diagnostic and therapeutic modality that originated from Germany. This modality works with the assumption that all cells in the body are in perfect harmony in the absence of disease. They communicate with each other and release specific amounts of energy waves. This harmony can be disrupted when this cells are in distress or when affected by pathogens. These pathogens are different cells altogether and release different waveforms of energy.

The sick patient will be hooked to a Bioresonance machine via probes that can detect these wave forms. These probes too have the ability to release electromagnetic waves. The type of wave form detected determines the type of pathogen ailing the body i.e. the waveform from a bacteria will be different from that of a fungi and that of a virus.

Once the Bioresonance machine detects the type of pathogen in the body it releases an electromagnetic wave that is beyond the tolerance level of the pathogen (in this case the Borrelia bugdoferi). This damages it and clears it from the body thus ridding the body from disease.

This modality of diagnosis and treatment is devoid of the numerous side effects associated with the use of conventional antibiotics.

Shortcomings of Bioresonance

The failure of the German scientist who invented this technology did not patent it. This has created the problem of individuals coming up therapeutic modalities that are not similar to Bioresonace and naming them so. This dents the image of this modality leading to a lot of people shying away from their use.

Initial capital required to set up the machines can be prohibitive.
